* Customer care activities
* Order entry and customer claims process
* Participate in process improvements initiatives
* Communicate with stakeholders and ensure issues are identified and solved
* Monitor and report KPI’s

Requisiti richiesti:

* Business related degree preferred
* Experience in similar role
* Advanced English (+ Italian as advantage)
* Project management skills
* SAP knowledge is a plus
* Proficient in MS Excel
