EWESTAL sp. z o.o. is a company specialized in trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Popis pracovní pozice:

First step: Activities that are linked to the contact with new potential customers:

  • Telephonic contact with companies that are codified in Conti database;
  • Presentation of Conti’s production range;
  • Evaluation of the importance of the new potential customer for Conti and evaluation of the need of Conti’s articles;
  • Learn to use the main tools of our CRM in order to keep trace of the contacts with the customers;

Second step: activities that are linked to the daily business with customers:

  • Send offers to the customer, according to their request for quotation;
  • Contacts with the customer after the offer, in order to manage the possible order;
  • The External Seller represents the middle person between the company and the customer, he has to be ready to answer to all the customer questions (availability and deliveries of the goods);

Not ordinary activities:

  • After sale service, in order to solve potential complaints;
  • The External Seller represents the main Contact Person for the customer.


Requested skills:

  • Very good knowledge of the language of the working area that will be responsible for. Good English level (Italian as alternative language, plus), in order to be able to speak to the italian colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of the most important Microsoft Office tools (excel – word – mail) and Windows.
  • Possibility to travel in your working area, if needed.
  • During the first training moments, we will give the first basic information about our production range and our catalogue.


  • Salary appropriate to candidate and position.
