Popis pracovní pozice:

– preparing periodic reports for the owners of properties
– dealing with tenants on a daily basis
– dealing with the accounting department (pay checking, creating final settlement etc.)
– handover of apartments, organisation of regular revisions and repairs
– responsible for the office (daily operations, office supplies, mail)
– administration support of the office
– dealing with primarily Italian clients
– dealing with suppliers
– participating in the organisation of company events


– good organisation and communication skills
– be able to multi task
– experience in the real-estate field is welcome
– good knowledge of MS Office
– fluent Italian, English and Czech language
– reliability, self reliance
– flexibility, loyalty
