Popis pracovní pozice:

– Ensuring to the customer the highest level of pre and post sales assistance;
–Controlling and solving customer care issues, both directly and with the aid of back office resources, applying the most suitable procedures in order to resolve issues;
– Cooperating with colleagues involved in the project;
– Training period at the Italian HQ in Venice (1-3 months)
– Availability on night and weekend shifts


  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English/ German. Speaking a third language among Russian, French or Spanish will be preferential.
  • Completely autonomous organization, flexibility, relational and communication abilities.
  • Interest and passion for fashion and e-commerce.
